Terms of Service — SuperAuditor

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuperAuditor ("Service"), operated by SuperAuditor, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

SuperAuditor is a billing intelligence platform for GoHighLevel (GHL) agency owners. We help you understand your per-client profitability by analyzing GHL billing data that you provide through our Chrome Extension or CSV upload. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by GoHighLevel.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your agency.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
Upload data you do not have the right to process
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

4. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of all billing data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

5. Chrome Extension

The SuperAuditor Chrome Extension operates within your browser and connects to GoHighLevel using your existing authenticated session. The extension does not store your GHL credentials -- it reads authentication tokens from your active browser session to pull billing data on your behalf.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time -- your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Free Plan & Paid Upgrades

No credit card is required to start. The Free plan never expires and gives you core billing visibility. Free plan users can upgrade to Growth ($47/mo) or Pro ($97/mo) at any time. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Data collected on any plan is retained and accessible after upgrading.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party APIs (including GoHighLevel) that are outside our control. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service outages.

9. Data Accuracy

SuperAuditor processes and displays billing data as provided by GoHighLevel's APIs. While we take care to ensure accurate processing, we do not guarantee the accuracy of GHL's underlying billing data. You should verify critical financial decisions using your own records and GHL's billing dashboard.

10. Limitation of Liability

SuperAuditor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request earlier deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
